Our building is conveniently located at the corner of Milliken Ave. and Church St. Ample parking is available on either side of the building. When you enter the building, go toward the taller side of the building to find the elevators. We are on the 3rd floor.

Directions from the 10 fwy

Exit Milliken Ave. Travel North on Milliken Ave. approximately 2.8 miles. After passing Foothill Blvd, make the first right into the Rancho San Antonio Medical Plaza.

Directions from the 210 fwy

Exit Milliken Ave. Travel South on Milliken Ave. approximately 2 miles. Turn left onto Church St. Make the first right into the Rancho San Antonio Medical Plaza.

Directions from the 15 fwy

Exit Foothill Blvd. Travel West on Foothill Blvd. for approximately 1.5 miles. Turn right on Milliken Ave. Make the first right into Rancho San Antonio Medical Plaza.
